Jose Bautista, Edwin Encarnacion and Brett Cecil (and maybe Steve Delabar) will represent Canada's only major league team at the 2013 MLB All-Star Game at New York's Citi Field next week. Take a look at the Jays All-Stars' most memorable moments of the season.

All stats are through Monday, July 8.

Jose Bautista

Position: Right-field

Stats: .265 batting average, 20 home runs,  52 runs batted in, 49 walks

Previous all-star appearances: 2010, 2011, 2012

The perennial all-star candidate has continued his assault on opposing pitchers, earning his fourth straight appearance in the Midsummer Classic.

However, his success isn't without its share of bumps in the road. His emotions got the best of him on June 9, when he struck out on three straight pitches in the bottom of the ninth, then gave an earful to umpire Gary Darling:

But just a few days later, Bautista proved he's not scared of getting behind in the count. With the Blue Jays trailing the White Sox by one run, and with two outs in the ninth inning, "Joey Bats" (despite facing an 0-2 count) came through in the clutch:

Bautista has a good memory, too. A game after Orioles reliever Darren O'Day shut him down on June 21, the Jays' right-fielder went deep on the pitcher ... and let him know about it:

Edwin Encarnacion

Position: First base, designated hitter

Stats: .268 batting average, 23 home runs, 68 runs batted in, 43 walks

Previous all-star appearances: None

"Edwing" has belted 23 homers this season, good enough for a share of fourth overall in the majors and his first trip to the All-Star Game.

Of all of those shots, none were quite as big as this fifth-decker against the Boston Red Sox in April:

Brett Cecil

Position: Relief pitcher

Stats: 1.81 earned-run average, 44.2 innings pitched, 52 strikeouts, 15 walks

Previous all-star appearances: None

The middle reliever has been building his reputation one batter at a time, including a scorching streak that saw Cecil retire a club-record 40 straight batters without surrendering a hit:

So those are your 2013 Blue Jays all-stars (and Delabar is making a push to join them in the final round of fan voting). What are your favourite moments from Bautista, Encarnacion and Cecil? Let us know in the comments section below.
